Soccer Shots impacts the lives of children and brings communities together to enjoy a sport loved and played by many. We strive to develop and grow within the communities we are in while providing a program beneficial to all those around us. We operate in daycares, preschools, community centers, parks and more. There are sessions running Monday through Saturday in the morning, afternoon and evening. Scheduling is somewhat flexible, and we do our best to find sessions that work with you. However, once your schedule is set with us, it won’t change for the season. As well, we like to keep coaches that build a bond with the kids together over the season with that group moving forward. Our seasons follow closely to the public school system in terms of the start and end of a season and breaks between. You’ll oversee the same classes week-to-week in order to build bonds with the children, create an exciting experience for those kids, and help each kid grow and develop their soccer skills and more. Commitment is key to success in this job and is important for the children enrolled in our program.

Our program is not like any other soccer programs. We are not a league; we strictly focus on using our well develop curriculum to teach kids the fundamentals and skills used in soccer. We do not practice one day and then play a game another day. This is a once-a-week program.

Coaches must be ready to:
- Conduct sessions that run 30-40 minutes long
- Follow our curriculum to create a fun learning atmosphere for the kids
- Keep all kids safe and engaged at all times
- Think on their feet to alter sessions to best fit the class if need be
- Coach multiple sessions as most locations will have at least 2 and as much as 5 classes back-to-back
- Follow any necessary guidelines given on-site at each location

Coaches pay starts at $20.00 an hour

Compensation: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program for children ages 2 to 8. Our goal is to leave a positive and lasting impact on kids through introduction to sports and activity.

Our coaches are at the heart of what we do, our real MVPs if you will. They create smiles and deliver character-building FUN by teaching age-appropriate soccer skills to kids in the local community.

Training - We make sure our coaches are comfortable on the field by offering informative online & in-person training to equip coaches with our curriculum and helpful (developmentally appropriate) coaching techniques.
Curriculum – Our curriculum is FULL of the stuff kids and parents love! Our program is curriculum based, so coaches are provided with session guides and mobile friendly resources to help you deliver the Soccer Shots experience.
Ongoing feedback and growth opportunities - We’re a growing business and are always looking to find passionate and reliable team members to help us continue to grow.
Equipment - We provide everything you need for a Soccer Shots session in an on-the-go bag that fits in the trunk of a car. It’s why we can have Soccer Shots in convenient locations like school gyms, classrooms, outdoor spaces, local parks and community centers.
